For casino and crash games, all outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published in the game information section. ck8888 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual results.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ck8888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals until the investigation is complete. ck8888 will aim to resolve investigations within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address on the account.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the ck8888 support team. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding issues on the account.
All content on the ck8888 Platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of ck8888 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of ck8888. Unauthorised use of ck8888 intellectual property may result in legal action.
